Friends and colleagues of AAUP Oregon:As you may know, the administration at Oregon Institute of Technology declared impasse with Oregon Tech AAUP faculty on March 10. Friends and colleagues of AAUP Oregon: Regrettably, I share another very disturbing example of scattershot legal assertions by university and anti-union lawyers trying to defend the unlawful behavior of their administration.
